What impact does your coaching create? At Time Titans, I help leaders coral their calendar chaos, lead with purpose and create a working life that is driven by values, impact and growth. When leaders thrive, the ripple effect is undeniable—creating positive change not just for themselves, but for everyone around them.
What’s your why? Time is our most valuable, non-renewable resource—we can't buy it, trade it, or bargain for more. Mastering time isn’t just about productivity; it’s about unlocking life-changing potential that benefits not just the individual, but everyone around them. Helping others take control of their time and create meaningful impact has been both a privilege and a passion—one I wouldn’t trade for anything.

What’s your ideal coaching rhythm? It took some time to refine, but I’ve found that our Thrive 2025 8-Week Program is the perfect cadence for the transformational coaching I offer. It provides the right balance of structure, momentum, and accountability to create lasting change.
What has your coaching journey taught you? More than I ever imagined. Every session brings new insights—not just for my clients, but for me as well. I continuously uncover lessons to implement, perspectives to consider, and challenges to navigate in my own life. Coaching isn’t just a profession; it’s a gift that keeps evolving.
What advice would you give to those starting out? I'm a big fan of the quote: ‘When you start on a new path, the first to greet you will be fear and doubt. Acknowledge them, wave hello, and keep walking.’ Coaching is no different. No matter where this journey takes you, one thing is certain—you’ll come out stronger, wiser, and better than before. So embrace the process, trust the growth, and let go of the pressure of the destination.
